MSU Coaches Looking to Snap Skids

WICHITA FALLS, TX - Both Midwestern State University basketball programs are in the midst of losing streaks.

The men, after starting 16-1 and 5-0 in Lone Star Conference play, have dropped four straight to fall into a four-way tie for third place. The women, after a promising 3-3 start to LSC play, have lost their past five games to fall into 8th place.

Newschannel 6 spoke with both coaches Monday night, following their weekly radio appearances. Both spoke about how their teams could learn from the adversity they've faced the past few weeks, and apply that to their tough matchups this Wednesday with West Texas A&M, who leads both the men's and women's standings.
