Burkburnett Murder Suspect Gets Bond Reduced

WICHITA FALLS, TX - Teresa Billen, who was charged in the death of Cameron Scott McCarthy, went before a judge in the 78th district court and had her bond cut in half.
The 65 year old told the judge she has an upcoming disability hearing and says she will lose her medical care if she does not show up.
The judge reduced her bond from $500,000 dollars to $250,000 dollars.
If she is able to make bail, the judge ordered Billen to live with her sister, wear an ankle monitor and have no contact with murder suspect Charles Cornman.
Billen, Cornman and one other have been charged in the late November killing of Cameron Scott McCarthy in Burkburnett.
