Two Arrested Following Drug Bust

   Two people are behind bars Sunday after a drug bust in Wichita Falls. It happened around 1:45 a.m. when Wichita Falls police pulled over an Oldsmobile Aurora in the 4000 block of Burkburnett Road, according to the Wichita Falls Police Department.

The driver was identified as 28-year-old Rebekah Payne and the passenger was identified as 43-year-old James Upchurch.

With the help of a WFPD K9 officer, they discovered 146.2  grams of methamphetamine, according to police.

 Both Payne and Upchurch were arrested and charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance. They are each being held on $100,000 bond.
