MONTAGUE COUNTY,TX (KAUZ) -

A Montague County jury was unable to unanimously decide whether a man accused of Continuous Sexual Assault of a child is guilty or not.

With no decision made, the case against Darrell Foster ended in a mistrial Thursday night.

The prosecutor said it is unfortunate the jury was unable to secure a conviction.

While some of Foster's family members looked relieved, one member of the court room told Newschannel 6 they were disgusted.

They said a child molester got away, and other kids may be in danger.

Officials from the District Attorneys office say there is no set date at this time for a new trial.
