A structure in Wichita Falls has been declared a total loss after a fire sparked Sunday afternoon. It happened around 4 p.m. when crews from the Wichita Falls Fire Department and Sheppard Air Force Base were called to the 3500 block of Wellington Lane.
When crews arrived, the structure, being described as a workshop, was completely engulfed in flames. It took 17 firefighters about 28 minutes to put the fire out, according to officials with the Wichita Falls Fire Department.
No one was inside the building at the time of the fire, and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is being ruled as undetermined, according to fire officials.
