Hospice of Wichita Falls hosts appreciation dinner

Hospice of Wichita Falls Appreciation

WICHITA FALLS, TX - Hospice of Wichita Falls wanted to say thank you and show appreciation to all of their volunteers.
They did so by holding an appreciation dinner this evening at the Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall.
The annual event was headlined by Robert Parkey, Associate Medical Director, who gave a speech on the importance of people demanding their story be heard so that they can receive the kind of care they want.
"You need to be comfortable knowing your story and sharing your story," Parkey said. "Because that is the real you and that is what people really want to get to know."
Parkey also said that if you do not share your story, you may not get the kind of medical care that you want.
