Wildcats Prepare for NAHL Playoffs

WICHITA FALLS, TX - The Wichita Falls Wildcats open the North American Hockey League playoffs on Friday night against the Odessa Jackalopes.

Game one starts at 7:05 p.m. at the Kay Yeager Coliseum, with game two set for the same time Saturday night.

The Wildcats went 7-2-1 against Odessa this season, winning the first seven games before being swept in a three-game series in Odessa in February.

For the season, Odessa scores 185 goals, tied for eighth-best in the league, but allowed 218, which tied for the third-most. By comparison, the Wildcats have allowed the fourth-fewest goals in the league this season, while scoring the second-most.
