Wichita Falls man facing Sexual Assault charges

WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) -

A Wichita Falls man, Daniel Richison, faces charges of Sexual Assault.
Police said they responded to a call for a Sexual Assault report.
The victim, a 16-year-old girl, told authorities she and the suspect became friends and began communicating through text messages.
She went on to say that she met up with Richison in an alleyway.
Intercourse was attempted, but the victim backed off.
Oral sex was then performed.
Richison denied the allegations of sexual intercourse.
His bonds totaled $30,000 for two counts of Sexual Assault and one count of Indecency with a Child.
Richison has since bonded out.
