Clay County fire burns for four hours

CLAY COUNTY, TX (KAUZ) - A fire in Clay County took four hours to put out.
Billy Carlton, the Clay County Emergency Management Coordinator, said the fire started around 12 p.m. on Sunday near Herring and Klein Road. 
Officials said a piece of equipment started the flames that burnt 50 hay bales.
Four fire departments and a total of nine units came out to fight the blaze.
Carlton said luckily no houses are around that area, and no one was injured.
