WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) - The Wichita Falls community was treated to free tours of venues throughout the city.
"It's a snapshot of all the cool things we have here in Wichita Falls," Director of Kemp Center for the Arts Carol Sales said.
This year's Museum Day-Stroll and Roll 2016 had 16 museums, galleries and attractions in Wichita Falls. One of the stops was Kemp Center for the Arts, which Sales said showed event goers the true passion for the arts this city has.
"It is our culture. It's our history. It is the soul of Wichita Falls and to me, that's the value," Sales said.
Other stroll and roll stops included Juanita Harvey Art Gallery at MSU, Museum of Art at MSU, Wichita Falls Art Association Gallery, Wichita Falls Railroad Museum, Farmers Market, Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame, River Bend Nature Center, Jenny to Jet Exhibit and Wichita Theatre.
