WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) - It's starting to feel like fall Texoma, and one local church celebrated the season's arrival with a Sweet Corn Festival and Craft Show.
This Saturday afternoon the Lakeview Church of the Nazarene, located off Fairway Boulevard in Wichita Falls, helped get everybody ready for fall with kettle corn, roasted corn and games.
Annette Thompson attends Lakeview Church, and she said this festival is a great way to bring the community members together.
"It lets people know that we are here," said Thompson. "If they would like to come and attend the church they are more than welcome."
Proceeds from the festival will benefit teen and children's ministries.
