A 20-year-old man was arrested Sunday after police say he fired a gun at another person at the Kemp Discount store in Wichita Falls.

Police say it happened around 11 a.m. on the 3600 block of Kemp.

Officials said Tevin Beard fired a gun at someone he was arguing with.

No one was injured and the victim and witnesses were able to give police the suspect's vehicle description and tag information.

Officers said they pulled over Beard on Taft and Midwestern, and discovered a handgun in the vehicle.

Police said Beard admitted to shooting the gun and was arrested for Aggravated Assault.
