WFISD's CTE sees minor construction delay

The Wichita Falls Independent School District's Career and Technical Education Center's construction process has been slightly delayed due to the weather.

Ashley Thomas, WFISD Public Information Officer, says the CTE's architects said rain has slowed down the construction progress.

However, Thomas said soon the weather will not be a factor because the exterior of the CTE is expected to be completed by December.

She said the district is optimistic the new facility will be done in time for next school year.
