Early voting leads to long lines in Wichita County

WICHITA COUNTY, TX (KAUZ) - Today is the first day of early voting in Texas.
At 7 a.m. voters began hitting the polls all across the lone star state and including Wichita County.
Polling officials would not tell us how busy they were.
But the Wichita County Clerk's office said they have seen hundreds of people and that there have been lines all day, some two hours long.
There are several places you can cast your ballot early.
In Wichita Falls there is the courthouse, Home Depot and Sikes Senter Mall.
In Iowa Park you can early vote at the Wichita County Tax Substation.
In Burkburnett it's at the County Commissioner building two.
In Electra it's at the County Commissioner building four.
Monday is not your only day to vote early.
It will continue the next two weeks and conclude on November 4th.
I also talked with some voters at these locations and asked them why today.
A lot of them told me this election cycle has been so polarizing they just wanted to get it over with.
Times vary from one polling location to another.
It is advised to check the hours for each location before you head out the door and vote.
