WF businesses network Hollywood-style

WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) -

Hollywood has come to Wichita Falls and you can find it at MPEC with this year's Business Expo

The expo's theme is "A Night at the Movies," and as the businesses are having fun with it; organizers say the event is a great way for local businesses to showcase their services and products.

The Chamber of Commerce puts the expo on once a year. They say it gives members a chance to get out and present what they do to hundreds, if not thousands, of people in and around the community. It also gives them the opportunity to network with other businesses. Michael Luttrell of Patterson Auto Group looks forward to the expo.

"It's an incredible opportunity to show your new products that you have out for the current year. You get to meet new customers, promote your business, invite them out to your locations to see what you've got, meet your staff. It's a lot of fun for the community. It's a lot of fun for us."

He says every year he meets a lot of new people from all over the area, including Dallas and Oklahoma City. Organizers say changing the theme every year gives businesses different fun options in terms of decorating and costumes. This year there are 90 booths and businesses participating.

The expo is where business meets fun. Last year's expo theme was "Around the World, and the year before that was "Rock the 80s."
