WF city council passes H.I.V. prevention fund

WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) - Monday Wichita Falls council members passed an ordinance to spend $117,300 on a special revenue fund for H.I.V. prevention.
The funding will support the H.I.V. prevention program in the city health department's efforts to identify individuals with high risk behavior and have them tested.
The program has been in place for 15 years and provides outreach in an 11 county area.
You can always get tested yourself at the health district.
