WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) - Wichita Falls Police Department stopped an SUV in the area of Airport Drive and Central Freeway on Tuesday for a traffic violation.
After further investigation, the driver of the vehicle told officers that methamphetamines were inside the SUV. After a search of the vehicle, officers found more than 44 grams of crystal meth and a digital scale as well as other materials including small plastic bags and an unspecified amount of cash.
Budde Strickland, 33, Ashleigh Schlegel, 24, and 41-year-old Deadrea Bruce were all arrested and charged with engaging in organized criminal activity manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. While Strickland was also served with an outstanding parole violation warrant.
