WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) - A $50 million fundraising plan is in place for Midwestern State University, and students, faculty and staff will be able to give their input on how the money is used by attending forums.
The first forum was last Thursday, and the second forum for students is being held Monday, November 21st at 9 a.m and another one at 11 a.m at the Wichita Falls Museum of Art at MSU.
These funds being discussed are expected to be used for several things, like student scholarships, athletics and faculty support. It's something Tony Vidmar, the Vice President for University Advancement, hopes will help MSU continue to thrive.
Plans are still in the early stages, but community members are encouraged to be a part of the change at MSU as the university shares its vision for the future.
