WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) -

A former roommate of Whitney O'Brien, who is also accused of taking part in the murder of Dominic Thrasher, took the stand when proceedings resumed on Monday.

She told the court that O'Brien told her personally that Blayne Brooks shot Dominic Thrasher.
O'Brien's roommate said she remembers Brooks having a gun on him and driving a dark SUV which is described as the vehicle driven the day of the shooting.

Although she was told about the shooting, she says she never reported anything to the police.
She did eventually admit to police that O'Brien told her about the shooting during the police investigation. Testimony resumes on Tuesday and Wednesday. The court will then recess until next Monday for the holiday weekend.
