Thanksgiving to go growing in popularity

WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) - Many local restaurants and stores are busy prepping for Thanksgiving Thursday.
Grocery stores throughout Texoma were busy Wednesday.
That is why many people are now pre ordering their meals.
Market Street is one place that prepares pre ordered meals for people.
They sell out every year and this year was no different.
Another is Luby's.
This year they have cooked over two tons of turkey and 200 gallons of gravy.
Bryan Press, the Manager of Luby's said a lot of work goes into it every year.
"Almost two thousand pounds of cornbread have to be produced," Press said. "We freeze it and then we get it out this week and start making the dressing. We started Sunday night cooking Turkey and making dressing and chilling it. It's about a five day process to make all this happen."
Press said Thanksgiving is the busiest time of the year for them along with Mothers Day.
He also said they are very blessed to serve everyone.
There are restaurants open tomorrow if you're not cooking.
There are some places giving out free thanksgiving meals as well.
