WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) - Around 10 p.m. Saturday, about 30 people were without power in Wichita Falls after a car crashed into a power line pole.
Police said the wreck happened near Avenue H and Hayes around 6:30 p.m., when the driver had a medical issue causing her to hit the pole.
They said because the power line was live, they had to wait for Oncore to turn the power line off to get her out of the car.
Police said that woman did not have any injuries.
Oncore officials said they are working to restore power and will have it back up as soon as possible.
