Local business holds meet and greet with Santa to help those in need

WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) -

Santa Claus has been busy making his rounds in Texoma, finding out what children want this year and of course, helping those in need.

Monday night Mister and Misses Claus met with kids of all ages, and yes that includes adults, to get their picture taken at the Brian Anderle’s Farmers Insurance Office in Wichita Falls.

Dozens of people stopped by to drop off non-perishable food items to donate to the Catholic Charities.

Brian Anderle said the organization helps improve the lives of those in need.

“It's important to give at this time of the year, because there's so many that are less fortunate and don't have what we take for granted every day,” said Anderle.

If you could not make it Monday night but still want to donate, you can stop by Anderles office at 1501 Midwestern Parkway Suite 104 between 8:00 a.m. and 5 p.m to drop off any donations.

This is the first year Anderle put on the meet and great with the Clauses, but he hopes to make this an annual tradition.
