WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) -

A call to police Tuesday night lands two people behind bars. One arrest is connected to two armed robberies less than 36 hours earlier in Wichita Falls.

Trinity Noland was arrested and charged in late September for the shooting death of a man in Henrietta.

Before Tuesday night, Noland was out on a $100,000 bond.

Around 7:00 pm Tuesday night, Wichita Falls police were called out to the Dollar General store in the 3100 block of Seymour Hwy.

Officers said Noland walked into the store and told the clerk to call the police.

When they arrived they discovered Zachary Trumble and Noland were at the location together.

Upon investigating officers found a handgun with serial numbers scratched off in the SUV the pair was riding in.

Trumble, who is a convicted felon, was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and Tampering with Identification Numbers.

Detectives arrived at the scene to investigate further.

Soon after Noland was arrested for both aggravated robberies at the Missile Club and Fas-Pac in Wichita Falls late Monday night and early Tuesday morning.

Noland is behind bars in the Wichita County Jail on a more than $300,000 bond.

WFPD said the investigation is ongoing and more arrests could come.

We reached out to Clay County Sheriff Kenny Lemons to get the latest details on Noland's murder trial. He said the case is nowhere near going to trial at this time.
