MSU campus closing early due to risk of severe weather

Midwestern State University officials said campus will close at 3:00 p.m. today due to the risk of severe weather.

All classes after 3:00 p.m. are canceled and university offices will be closed. The university did provide a list of exceptions.

The list of exceptions is as follows:

Residence hall offices will remain open per normal schedule.
The Clark Student Center and Dining Services will remain open per normal schedule.
The Bruce and Graciela Redwine Student Wellness Center will remain open per normal schedule.
The Mustangs Route bus service will run normal hours.
The Maroon and Gold program scheduled in Grapevine will proceed as planned.

Campus officials are urging people to be aware of the developing weather situation. The campus will reopen Tuesday morning.
