This afternoon will be windier and warmer than Tuesday with strong south winds and highs in the low and mid 80s. Today will be the final day of the work week promising sunshine. Clouds increase Thursday as a cold front moves close enough to Texoma to gives us a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Friday's rain chances comes with a risk of severe thunderstorms, primarily in the afternoon when a dryline will trigger isolated severe storms. The big weekend headline is wind and cooler temperatures. Highs may be only in the 60s Saturday.
