WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) -

A Wichita Falls financial institution is being sued by some former employees.

Five people, including two senior executives, are suing Union Square Credit Union.

All five retired from Union Square and said they were promised lifetime retirement benefits and now said those benefits were abruptly taken away.

They are accusing their former employer of violating federal laws and fraud.

The credit union denies it broke any laws and is asking for the case to be dismissed.
