WICHITA COUNTY, TX (KAUZ) -

The jury is deliberating in the aggravated sexual assault trial of Antonio Perez.
They will determine if Perez is guilty or not guilty of four counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault and three counts of Indecency With a Child.

Closing arguments took place Wednesday afternoon. The prosecution asked the jury if the children made this up why would they not have said no one was home.

They also told the jury that sexual predators deceive children and parents and that is what happened in this case. The defense countered by stating two of the possible four victims the jury heard from did not bring charges against Perez for those allegations.

The defense left the jury saying if there is any doubt there is no evidence. Earlier Wednesday morning Perez testified and denied all the allegations against him.
