HOUSTON, TX (KAUZ) -

An Amber Alert has been issued out of the Houston area. 

Galena Park Police said Jesus Ludena, 22 months, has been abducted. 

The child is two feet tall and weighs 30 pounds. 

His eyes are brown and his hair is black. The child was last seen around noon Tuesday in Galena Park, Texas. 

His abductor is Alejandro Ludena, 25. Ludena is five feet seven inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. His eyes are brown and his hair is black. 

The suspect vehicle is a 2008 brown Honda Civic. License plate number is HBF2149.
