WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) - A Wichita Falls woman is behind bars after police said she tried to wheel out a stolen vacuum from Walmart.
Officers were called out to the Walmart on Lawrence Road around 4:17 p.m. on Thursday for a possible criminal trespass.
Loss Prevention told police Leslie Marie Craven, 22, tried to exit the store from the lawn and garden section with a vacuum, valued at $248, that she had not paid for.
Loss Prevention stopped Craven until officers arrived. Craven was found with three visa cards belonging to other people.
Police said a record check showed she had one previous conviction for theft in Wichita County.
Craven also had a warrant out for her arrest. She was arrested and charged with Theft Over $100 Under $750, Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information and Violation of Probation for Forgery of Financial Instrument.
Her bond is $25,000.
