WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) - The City of Wichita Falls is trying to make it easier for residents to access personnel who can help them with questions, comments, observations and more.
The Access Wichita Falls page has launched on the city's website. Residents can get in touch with someone from 36 different departments within the city.
According to a post to the Access Wichita Falls page, this portal is an easy way to send requests directly to the city staff who can help you.
You can submit a request using three steps and you can create an account so you can track the status and any responses online 24 house a day, seven days a week.
