POTTSBORO, TX (KAUZ) - Another person is believed to have drowned at Lake Texoma.
Texas Game Warden, Shane Bailey, reported to CBS affiliate KXII on Wednesday morning there was a body found in the lake.
A possible drowning was reported around 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
Officials said a 25-year-old man was swimming near the Little Mineral Arm across from Lighthouse Marina went underwater and did not resurface.
Wardens said the man was not wearing a life-jacket. The body has been sent to the Dallas Medical Examiner's office.
They Grayson County Sheriff's Office and Pottsboro Police Department is investigating.
Just last week a Wichita Falls man died following an incident on Lake Texoma.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol said Bob Garcia, 69, was anchored in his boat with the engine off on the north side of Wood Island in Oklahoma waters of Lake Texoma around 9:00 a.m. on July 3.
Officials said the anchor came loose and Garcia went into the water near the back end of the boat to check the problem.
Investigators said Garcia went under the water and did not resurface.
