WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) - House of Hope is celebrating 10 years in Wichita Falls on Tuesday with its annual "Wings of Hope" dedication.
"Wings of Hope" allows families of residents and the public to donate to House of Hope and to dedicate a dove in honor of a loved one, which will be on display over the next few weeks for visitors and residents to enjoy.
House of Hope is also celebrating the opening of its new 5th wing that opened back in March.
Ruth Jones, the director of fund development, said they wanted to celebrate the anniversary and the expansion at the same time to bring everyone closer together.
"We thought that 'Wings of Hope' was perfect to bring everyone together: friends from the past, and current friends, current family members."
The dedication starts Tuesday at 2 p.m. at House of Hope at 5100 Stone Lake Drive.
Hundreds of people have already sent in dove donations, and it's not too late for you to do the same.
