Fresh Spinach 5 oz.
Toasted Pecans 1 oz.
Strawberries, quartered 4 oz.
Blueberries 15 ea. 
Balsamic Dressing 3 oz.
Goat Cheese 2 oz.

Toss spinach with dressing. Place on a chilled salad plate. Top with pecans, berries and crumbled goat cheese.

Balsamic Vinegar 6 cups
Olive Oil Blend 10 cups
Garlic, minced 5 tablespoons
Oregano, dry 2 tablespoons
Basil, dry 2 tablespoons
Rosemary, dry 2 tablespoons
Sugar 1 cup
Salt & Pepper to taste

Procedure: Combine all ingredients. Use an immersion blender and blend until thick and creamy. Cover, label and refrigerate.
