Today is forecast to be the hottest of the week with a high of 102 for Wichita Falls. The good news is, today is the final day on the seven day forecast with a triple digit high. A cold front, now over the Texas panhandle and north Oklahoma, will slowly sag southward helping to keep temperatures in check and keeping at least slight rain chances in the forecast through the weekend. Some of the better rain chances may come both Saturday and Monday morning. Weekend high temperatures are expected to be in the mid 90s. It looks like we'll keep at least slight rain chances in the forecast though the middle of next week.
