Lawton boy battling brain tumor is crossing off items on his bucket list

LAWTON, OK (KAUZ) -

People in high places are coming together for a young boy in Lawton, Oklahoma who was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. 

Justin Rodriguez, 12, is trying to fulfill a bucket list that includes getting a tattoo, watching the Oklahoma City Thunder play, pick out a wedding dress for his mother and a trip to the beach. 

One item on his list was a visit from Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson who posted a video on Instagram on Tuesday for Justin.

He said, "I believe in my bones there's power and positivity in sending uplifting love and energy.  A special somebody came across my desk.  He's 12 years old, look at that handsome boy, his name is Justin and he's from Lawton.  He's there, He is freaking out right now because this is a complete surprise.  He's a fighter. Justin stay strong, I'm pulling for you, the world is pulling for you, I love you buddy and stay strong."

The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders also posted a video for Justin. 

After finding out about the boy's wish and talking to him on FaceTime, they posted a video message online.
