Today begins a hot transition into the weekend. After a high of 93 in Wichita Falls Wednesday, today's highs will be in the upper 90s. Texoma finds ourselves in between an active weather pattern and frequently stormy weather over Oklahoma and slim rain chances in the heart of Texas. Several times over the coming days we may see complexes of storms to our north unable to come south thank to a ridge of high pressure over the the Texas big country. Rain chances are part of the weekend forecast including Saturday evening when we could see isolated strong storms across the area. Highs will be in the mid and upper 90s through early next week.
