WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) -

Two people were inside a residence when it caught fire on Tuesday morning.

The Wichita Falls Fire Department was called to the 3200 block of Euel Street a little after 10 a.m. after neighbors spotted smoke coming from a residence.

When crews arrived, they reported heavy smoke coming from the home. After making entry they found a back room of the home on fire. The two people who lived at the residence were home at the time but were able to escape the fire without serious injuries.

Fire crews were able to get the fire under control within 15 minutes of arriving on scene.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
