WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) - Wichita Falls continues to make improvements to the city's sewer system. On Tuesday, councilors approved nearly $760,000 to dig up and replace some of the city's older and deteriorating sewer lines.
It is part of the 2017 Sanitary Sewer Budget Utility Improvement Project. Every year the city works to identify and replace old sewer lines.
Some of the harder-to-reach lines were already replaced during phase one of the project for $100,000. For more on phase one, click here.
