WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) - For the second year in a row taxes won't go up for Wichita Falls residents.
On Tuesday, city councilors voted not to raise them after nearly six hours of discussions.
The budget will change slightly, requiring public hearings September 5th and 12th, but not enough to change the tax rate.
Councilors are expected to adopt the budget on September 19th.
It will then go into effect in October.
