Morning storms in Oklahoma could send outflow boundaries our way on which a few storms could develop later this afternoon. Otherwise, its hot and muggy. This afternoon's highs will be in the mid 90s. The weekend will be, for the most part, mostly sunny and hot with highs in the mid and upper 90s. Rain chances are slim with scattered thunderstorms possible overnight tonight. The quiet, hot weather stay with us through much of next week. Monday's forecast calls for mostly sunny skies by which to view the solar eclipse.
Eclipse Forecast: 11AM-2PM Sunny skies with only a few clouds expected. Visibility should be good. Expect 75-80% of the sun to be blocked out here around 1PM by the moon. Peek will last for roughly 2 minutes.
