Rain chances have all but ended here in the north Texas. Rain over southwest Oklahoma has lifted northward. Clouds here in Texoma will be slow to erode, yet we expect to make it to the mid 80s this afternoon. Friday will be a touch warmer. In fact we'll be around 80 degrees as we kick off area football games Friday night. A cold front will come through Saturday morning bringing a quick opportunity for rain. We're expecting the warmest weather in the seven day to come Sunday and Monday with highs near 90. Then, a cold front will arrive to bring genuine fall weather back to the area.
