WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) - Hundreds made their way to Parker Square Saturday for the "Biggest Garage Sale in Wichita Falls."
Tents went up before 7 a.m. and when it opened there was already a crowd, selling everything from bows to things from around the house, and it was all for a good cause.
Proceeds from the event will go toward helping the folks at Faith Mission.
"I realized it would be a really good opportunity to kind of get all of our stuff out of the house and get it sold," said Elizabeth Duncan, a first time vendor at the garage sale. "It is just a lot of fun. I love doing garage sales and meeting new people and it's hard not to shop. It's also good to help an organization that does so much for the community."
There were also games for the kiddos and even prizes.
