WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) -

Dozens are waiting to see if they have what it takes to be on CBS's Survivor.

Saturday, our Newschannel 6 crews, with the help of Patterson Kia, held a casting call.

81 people came out to prove they can outwit, outplay, and outlast the others on the show.

Many came from all over the country, like Angel Young, who has auditioned twice by sending a video tape. However, this time she decided to come to Wichita Falls all the way from Tucson, Arizona to get a chance to audition in person.

"I'm hoping that the energy comes away and comes out strong, like just comes bursting out," she said. "I want to walk in the room and want the people behind the camera to feel the energy of one 1,000 people."

She's hoping this will better her chances of making the show, versus sending a video. A lot of people had the same idea.

The first guy to audition said he got in line at midnight!

We want to wish everyone good luck.
