WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) - A Wichita Falls man is behind bars for two suspected aggravated robberies.
Police arrested 22-year-old Justice Smith, who had two outstanding aggravated robbery warrants, last Friday at 9:30 p.m. when they saw him walking in the 1800 block of 9th Street.
During a search prior to the arrest, officers located a clear plastic bag with marijuana.
Police say Smith's warrants stemmed from two recent incidents: an aggravated robbery of one person's wallet on October 22nd in the 1400 block of Beverly; the second was also on the 22nd in the 4100 block of Seymour Hwy. Two armed suspects walked into the Eskimo Hut and demanded money. Authorities say Smith and another person fled on foot with cash, cigarillos and the victim's phone.
Smith's bond for the warrants was set at 1.5 million dollars.
