A disturbance call leads to an arrest and multiple charges for one Wichita Falls man.

On Sunday at 2:45 a.m., Wichita Falls police were called out to a disturbance in the 2400 block of Sheppard Access at Studio E.

When they arrived, officers saw several people leaving the area.

Officers found 27-year-old Tehvin Luckey standing beside a vehicle holding an AK-47 rifle.

Luckey dropped the weapon and was arrested without incident.
