WICHITA FALLS, TX (KAUZ) -

The Big Taste of Texoma lets sample delicious food that you can find at any number of restaurants locally.

This event, hosted by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Wichita County, takes place on Thursday, November 9 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Wellington Banquet and Conference Center.

Tickets are $40 for adults and children 8 and under will be $15.

Restaurants that will be represented include Cracker Barrel, Texas Roadhouse, Johnny Carino's, Red Lobster, Cotton Patch Cafe, Southern Girls Catering, Olive Garden, Highlander Public House, FoxHill, Rib Crib and so much more.

    Scouts, young and old, came together Tuesday to honor an institution in the Northwest Texas Council.       W.M.     Tuesday, Wichita Falls City Council gave Downtown Wichita Falls Development the green light to paint crosswalks downtown. Hand drawn paintings made by local artists will fill the cross sections of 7th and 9th on Scott, Indiana and Ohio.
