Wichita Falls could be third city in TX to allow tattoo expos

WICHITA FALLS, Tx (RNN Texoma) -

On Tuesday, the Wichita Falls City Council will consider passing an ordinance that would allow for temporary body art events, such as tattoo expos to be held in the city.

Director of Health Lou Kreidler said body art has become really popular in our culture and said the Health District is for allowing it with regulations that will keep it safe.

Owner of Rusty's Needles Tattoo Shop, Rusty Biscamp, said tattoo expos bring in people from all over the country and he is excited about the city's efforts to be more inclusive.
