A cold front swept through Texoma earlier this morning, and while temperatures aren't cold, it is quite windy out there. Not much of a temperature impact with this front. Today's highs will be in the 70s, after yesterday's 90s. Winds will gradually calm later this afternoon. Tonight will be cool with lows in the 40s. Thursday stands out as a very nice day with sunshine, light winds and pleasant afternoon temperatures. Clouds increase Friday as our weekend rainmaker grows closer. Looks like the best rain chances will hold off until Friday night into Saturday morning.
Outdoor plans will be impacted rain and thunderstorms Saturday as rain looks promising through early afternoon. We're happy to report that while thunderstorms are likely Friday night into Saturday, the risk of severe storms looks to be low.
