WICHITA FALLS, Tx (RNN Texoma) -

It was a fairytale come true Sunday in downtown Wichita Falls.

Cinderella, her fairy godmother, and Prince Charming were at Karat Bar and Bistro for Brunch with the Ballet.

Excited kids had a royal feast and spent some time with their favorite characters.

But Cinderella didn't just come for brunch, she was also there to talk business, her big show this Friday.

We caught up with the ballet director about the production.

"It's all, everything is new, brand new sets, costumes, world premiere choreography by myself," said Mishic Liberatore, Director of the Wichita Falls Ballet Theater. "It's going to be a great performance, very family friendly, the stepsisters are hysterical, we have all of our local children that are dancing in the production, its just going to be a wonderful, a wonderful evening."

The performance will be one night only. It will be on Friday, May 4 at 7 p.m. at Memorial Auditorium.

The owner of Karat Bar and Bistro, Amber Shacter, said she's excited to have the ballet there and help get the word out about the show.

More than half of the 17 people killed when a tourist boat sank on a Branson lake were members of the same Indiana family, and they likely wouldn't have been on the ill-fated trip but for a ticket mix-up.
