Today will be a cloudier version of yesterday. Again, winds will be strong and despite the cloud cover, temperatures will climb to the 80s this afternoon. Stray showers can't be ruled out but most of us won't see rain today.
Wednesday is a First Alert Day with the concern for severe thunderstorms developing here in Texoma late Wednesday afternoon and evening. The strongest storms will produce high winds, large hail and perhaps tornadoes. Thunderstorms could linger well into Wednesday night remaining strong past midnight. Thursday is a First Alert Day as well with the risk of severe limited to our eastern counties, Clay, Montague, Jefferson and Jack.
Our weather settles down by the weekend and, based on this morning's weather data, it looks like a nice one!
